Join us as a Content Optimisation Lead and you’ll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose
As the Content Optimisation Lead you will be responsible for finding improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve our online product content and imagery. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Performance teams to identify opportunities and find solutions.
What’s the job?
* Identifies opportunities, finds solutions and owns roadmap to improve both first-party and third-party product content quality
* Keeps up to date with technological advances to support content and imagery improvements for retailers
* Agitates across the business to launch new technologies. In particular, works closely with the group centre of excellence to find and test AI solutions
* Delivers key projects to develop process efficiencies to enable improvements to the Product Details Page
* Business owner for PIM & DAM and responsible for highlighting opportunities and shortfalls to the technology team to influence the technology roadmap
* Ensures demand to support legislation changes impacting content, data & imagery are prioritised on the technology roadmap
* Holds guidelines & principles for content and imagery quality standards
* Manages B&Q relationship with external suppliers relating to content optimisation

* Experience in product content curation, data collection, or imagery roles
* Process-minded with a knack for spotting inefficiencies and influencing improvements
* Enjoys problem-solving and has strong attention to detail
* Skilled in stakeholder management
