Key Responsibilities
3. Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
4. Lead forecasting for your business area
5. Analyse performance and explain variances to budget, forecast and prior year
6. Maintain strong financial controls and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
7. Partner with operational teams, providing clear financial guidance
The Successful Applicant
About You
8. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with strong management accounting experience
9. Experience within manufacturing and/or costing would be very useful
10. Confident analysing data and presenting clear, actionable insights
11. Strong communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non‑finance colleagues
12. Organised, detail‑driven and comfortable working to deadlines
13. Proactive, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve
