An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Reporting Manager to join a highly respected organisation with flexible UK working. This pivotal role sits at the heart of Group Finance, where your expertise will ensure robust financial reporting, effective group consolidation, and a strong control environment across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, providing technical guidance, supporting both statutory and management reporting, and developing a high-performing team in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
As Group Reporting Manager, you will:
* Lead the preparation of timely, accurate, and robust group financial reporting.
* Oversee statutory accounts production across multiple entities (including offshore jurisdictions) and coordinate external audits.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and provide expert technical accounting guidance across the Group.
* Drive improvements in accounting policies and strengthen financial controls within SUN and OneStream systems.
* Prepare balance sheet reviews, support cash flow forecasting, and partner with finance teams on analysis to drive performance.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a talented finance team, deputising for the Group Financial Controller when required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with group consolidations.
* Hands-on experience with consolidation systems (SUN, OneStream, HFM, SAP or Oracle).
* A background in statutory accounts production across multiple entities/jurisdictions (this is a must).
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure.
* Proven people management experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.
* A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a focus on delivering excellence.
