The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our food and beverage operations.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing restaurant and bar service, ensuring that our guests receive a warm, authentic, and high-quality dining experience. You will support the management team by supervising shifts, leading and motivating the front-of-house team, and ensuring smooth service delivery at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and coordinating restaurant and bar staff during service
* Assisting with rota planning in line with business demand
* Supporting labour cost control in line with budget
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control procedures
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Handling guest feedback professionally and efficiently
In this guest-facing role, you will liaise closely with the kitchen brigade and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. You will also support promotions and identify opportunities to drive sales, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in upselling menu offerings.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
* Strong leadership and team motivation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A customer-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of current food and drink trends
* A proactive and positive attitude
Experience in a busy hotel or restaurant environment is advantageous.
