The world is facing a metabolic health epidemic. Obesity is set to double in the next decade. Alzheimer's, Type 2 diabetes, fatty liver and heart diseases are on the rise. Mental health issues are increasingly common. The food we eat (often packed full of carbs and sugar) is largely to blame.

Fortunately, the solution is clear. Keeping your carb intake down, whilst cutting out sugar and seed oils has been scientifically proven to improve your all-round metabolic health. That's where we come in.

Our founders - Tom, Ben & Ioana – realised that with years of experience & knowledge in their respective fields, they had the ingredients to build a brand that could make a real difference. We've brought science and food together to create a range of delicious, healthy products, enabling you to enjoy the complete "foodie experience".

The Role

Brand Manager – Purpose Driven Foods
We are looking for a superstar Brand Manager Reporting into the Marketing Lead, the Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the brand identities, voices, strategies and market presence of brands across the Purpose Driven Foods portfolio. But with sole responsibility for our super exciting new brand Low Carb Larder.

Responsibilities;
Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Brand Positioning: Identify and reach target audiences, identify market trends, and competitor positioning. Define and refine the brand's positioning to resonate with consumers and differentiate our brands in the market.
Brand Activation: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, product trial and engagement. Implement initiatives to activate the brand through partnerships, events, and sponsorships.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on brand strategies and messaging. Provide guidance on product packaging, labelling, and overall presentation to ensure brand consistency.
Creative Development: Create visual and written content to communicate the brand story effectively. Work with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop impactful and on-brand materials.
Social Media & Digital Presence Manage the brand presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement with our target audiences and groups. Collaborate with internal and external digital marketing teams/agencies to optimise online visibility and customer interaction. Monitor online trends and incorporate relevant strategies to enhance the brand's digital presence. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimise our e-commerce strategy using CRM tools.
Performance Tracking Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success and ROI of brand initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Do you have the skills?

This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for branding, a keen understanding of consumer behaviour, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The willingness to get involved in cross functional activities outside of your remit is of paramount importance of course, being an SME – packing boxes, taking the bins out and keeping our Head of Happiness office dog company with ear scratches and treats is all part of the gig

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in marketing roles within the food and beverage industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in Community building directly or indirect
Excellent comms & interpersonal abilities.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies from scratch.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends

Salary - £40,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
