The Role This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Governance and Projects Executive to join our client’s friendly CEO Office team. This role provides administrative support across governance and secretarial functions, including meeting coordination, policy and document management, and record keeping. The position also provides support to the organisation’s President, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the organisation. You will assist with tracking and monitoring policies, contracts and MOUs. You will support the Governance review, alongside supporting the PMO (project management office) documentation and administration. This position is an interesting and highly varied role that is perfect for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication and organisation skills, and who has governance experience. To be shortlisted for this post, you must have: - Effective planning, analytical and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities - Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise efficiently with all internal and external stakeholders - Experience of providing administrative support to a governance function Experience working with or within a non-profit or membership organisation and a governance or PMO team would be advantageous.
