Finance & IT Contracts Administrator Azura Group LTD Stratford Upon Avon Full time temp to perm / Part time (min 28 hours for the right person) Hybrid – 2 days per week in office (occasional travel to other offices) Salary up to £32,000 (pro-rata for PT hours) Franchise Brands is an international, multi-brand franchisor focused on building market-leading businesses primarily via a franchise model. We own several market-leading brands with established trading histories: Metro Rod, Metro Plumb, Willow Pumps, Filta, and more recently, Pirtek in Europe - all of which benefit from the Group’s central support services, in particular; Franchise Support, National Sales / Account Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, Recruitment and HR. This role will be part of our Centralised IT Division, which in responsible for all IT budget, spend and delivery for the Group. What does it entail? To support the financial and administrative management of IT contracts, services, and projects. This includes processing IT-related financial transactions, maintaining supplier agreements, ensuring accurate capitalisation of IT projects, allocating centralised IT costs across group entities, and supporting ROI tracking. This role ensures that IT spend is well-managed, auditable, and aligned with financial governance and value delivery expectations. Key Responsibilities: Finance Administration & Intercompany Allocations: Process monthly customer invoices, purchase orders and supplier payments Ensure accurate coding of IT expenses as operating or capital expenditure (OpEx/CapEx). Manage intercompany cost allocations for shared IT services Prepare journals/ invoices for monthly intercompany charges Support month-end and year-end close activities Liaising with other Group subsidiaries to ensure IT expenditure it processed timely, and accurately against budget lines IT Contracts & Supplier Management: Maintain a central repository of IT supplier contracts, software licenses, maintenance agreements, and renewals Track and manage contract lifecycles Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate renewals, negotiations, or amendments Ensure contracts are properly filed and compliant Liaise with legal on new IT agreements and contract governance Capitalisation of IT Projects: Work with project and finance teams to identify capitalisable IT project costs Monitor project spend against capital budgets and maintain audit-ready records Assist in asset creation, tracking work-in-progress (WIP) ROI Tracking and Financial Analysis: Support the tracking of actual IT spend versus budget and project forecasts Collect and analyse usage and performance data from cloud services, licenses, and support contracts to evaluate value for money and ROI Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and post-implementation financial reviews of IT investments Provide regular reporting on key financial KPIs related to IT cost performance and supplier value What do we look for? Strong financial acumen and understanding of CapEx, OpEx, and intercompany accounting principles Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with NetSuite ERP systems is highly desirable Good knowledge of IT supplier agreements, SaaS/subscription models, and cloud billing (e.g., Azure, AWS) Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from financial and usage data Effective communicator with the ability to liaise confidently with finance, IT and external suppliers Strong self-motivator with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity and focus while working remotely Qualifications & Experience: A qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (AAT, CIMA/ACCA part-qualified, or equivalent preferred) 2 years of experience in a finance support or contracts administration role Experience with IT financial management, including capitalisation and intercompany recharges, is highly desirable Familiarity with contract lifecycle management or supplier performance tracking is a strong plus
