Job Description:
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our European sales team. This role involves managing major accounts across the UK and Europe, focusing on industries such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, and Water Treatment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales management experience in activated carbon or related industries, with a proven track record of account development and growth. Responsibilities include working closely with regional sales teams, managing existing accounts, developing new client relationships, and collaborating with channel partners, agents, and distributors.
Requirements include:
1. Current experience as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar role.
2. Industry experience in relevant sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, etc.
3. Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe.
4. A degree in Chemistry or a related Science field, supported by relevant industry experience and business qualifications.
5. Strong leadership skills to manage and develop external teams.
6. Self-motivated, data-driven, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
