Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Experience
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, focusing on Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training. The role also involves delivering other Quality & Safety training such as BLS, PM&H, and Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children's Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to re-enter the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a meaningful difference.
Main duties of the job
* Support internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality & Safety learning interventions, ensuring compliance with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
* Maintain the clinical and Quality & Safety training course catalogue, keeping all course information up to date.
* Participate in relevant clinical and Quality & Safety training projects and programmes of work.
* Support education, development, and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions within the organization.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in learning provision.
* Manage own workload with excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, including effective travel planning.
* Assist with training needs analysis to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.

Job responsibilities
As a Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Experience, you'll be an integral part of our team. We offer:
* A salary of £34,000 - £36,000 depending on experience

* Ability to deliver training across various health and care topics
* Experience in designing and delivering blended learning solutions for health and care audiences
* Proficiency in digital training tools
* Knowledge of curriculum development and course design
