Our Apprenticeship Programme
As an apprentice at Ceres, you'll gain hands‑on experience through paid, work‑based training with rotations across different areas of the business. You'll learn practical skills from a knowledgeable and experienced teams who are keen to support your development.
* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* One day per week will be spent studying at Crawley College, West Sussex
* The programme lasts 42 months
By the end of the apprenticeship, you'll have a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts and well prepared for a long‑term career in the industry.

Who can apply
To apply, you'll need to:
* Meet one of the following criteria:
o Two A‑levels, including Maths and one technical subject
o A Level 3 Diploma in Engineering (minimum merit)
o Relevant work‑based knowledge and competency
Shortlisted applicants should expect to be invited to take part in an assessment day towards the end of June 2026.
