Overview
The Cell Planner is a key member of the Planning team and is instrumental in crafting achievable and realistic production plans that align with the strategic objectives of our Commemorative, Precious Metals, Medals and PMD divisions. The role demands a proactive approach to integrating inputs from the Master Scheduler to analyse daily capacity levels, ensuring a level loaded plan across all production lines.
Responsibilities
* Analyse production data and plan with high accuracy to support realistic production schedules.
* Maintain a high attention to detail to ensure proficient production scheduling.
* Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate plans and resolve issues.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes in production demands.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who are:
* Proficient in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365.
* Adaptable to change and able to overcome challenges in production planning, maintaining flexibility to meet delivery targets.
* Naturally focused on continuous improvement within the production planning process.
* Strong in production scheduling and resource allocation.
