Job Title: Depot Manager

We pride ourselves on our 'Customer First' approach. To support this, we are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to oversee our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Operations Director in managing and controlling the budget to meet SLAs, including productivity, labor costs, overtime, and agency usage.
2. Coordinate depot recruitment in line with company standards and authorization.
3. Maintain Health and Safety regulations through regular risk assessments, accident investigations, and reporting.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including managing absence, labor turnover, and performance reviews.
5. Develop and support employee growth within company guidelines, maintaining up-to-date appraisals and reviews.
6. Manage the performance of direct reports by setting and monitoring key objectives.
7. Establish effective communication channels with all relevant departments such as Shift Management, Customer Service, Transport, Compliance, and Sales.
8. Maintain company security processes and safeguard all assets.
9. Collaborate effectively with suppliers where appropriate.
