Director of Facilities, Wimborne Minster

Location: Ferndown based but travelling to multiple locations as far as Basingstoke

Salary: £Neg depending on experience + car allowance

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri with some flexibility

Aspire Jobs is delighted to be working exclusively with our growing client. With 12 locations currently, they are now looking for an experienced Head of Facilities/Facilities Director to join their team. This is a strategic role with an eye on the future and would suit someone with extensive Facilities Directorship experience.

This role involves traveling across all 12 locations overseeing building operations, maintenance, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing 3rd party contractors, coordinating maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, infrastructure), ensuring H&S policies and building regulations are followed, and liaising with suppliers for IT and other services.

You will support office relocations, fit-outs, refurbishment projects, and conduct inspections and audits. Budget management, expense tracking, and reporting are also key parts of the role.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of senior facilities management experience, preferably with property acquisition experience. Qualifications like NEBOSH or IOSH are desirable but not essential. You must have your own insured car, be a people person, and capable of managing your workload effectively.
