The Role
Atrium Associates are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our clients team on a large new build and part refurbishment project in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high‑profile site, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising daily site activities and coordinating trades
* Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
* Managing subcontractors and maintaining productivity on site
* Delivering toolbox talks and site inductions
* Monitoring progress against programme deadlines
* Maintaining quality control and site standards
* Reporting progress and issues to site management
Requirements
* SSSTS – Essential
* Gold CSCS Card – Essential
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor
* Strong knowledge of health & safety on construction sites
* Experience on large‑scale or main contractor projects ideally
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
