DIVERSIFIED INDUSTRIALS & SERVICES
Our Diversified Industrials & Services team has strong advisory and execution capabilities tailored to the Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Services, Infrastructure Services, and broader Industrials sectors. Private and public companies across Europe operate businesses in these industry sectors. We are experts at navigating complex transactions and the deal execution process, while providing deep sector insights to our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Being an Analyst at Stephens is an exciting opportunity to have a broad array of responsibilities and gain valuable experience working alongside our senior bankers, as well as our clients’ senior management teams. These responsibilities include:
1. Developing detailed financial analysis and the preparation of models for various types of transactions
2. Composing presentation materials including: tailored pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums and other marketing materials
3. Conducting quantitative and qualitative industry research and analysis
4. Performing other operational and administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
5. At least one year of Corporate Finance related experience in a role requiring strong financial modeling skills (e.g. operating models, merger models, LBO);
6. Experience with the Industrials & Services industries is preferred, but not required;
7. Bachelor’s degree;
8. Strong interpersonal skills;
9. Outstanding record of academic achievement;
10. High level of personal integrity and work ethic;
11. Ability to work well in teams;
12. Adherence to regulatory requirements; and
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
