We are recruiting for ** Food Production Operatives** to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Nelson, Burnley. * Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour- Due to increase from april £12.71
* Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:05 am to 5 pm
* Location: Nelson, Burnley
Responsibilities
As a Food Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Working on a busy production line to ensure the efficient assembly of products.
* Performing general production and packing tasks to meet daily targets.
* Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations within the manufacturing site.
* Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
* Ability to work full-time hours as per the specified schedule.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
* Starting your shift at 7:05 am and working collaboratively with your team.
* Operating on a busy production line, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
* Packing and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
* Monitoring and reporting any issues or defects to supervisors.
* Contributing to a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
