Competitive basic salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Full-time, permanent role providing job stability and career progression
Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday; flexible start times from 7am to 4pm available
Overtime paid at standard rates
21 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Execute high-quality spray painting and alloy wheel refurbishment with precision

Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with dealership quality expectations
Uphold health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Ensure timely completion of repairs and customer communication when requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Stripper Fitter within a vehicle bodyshop or dealership environment
Skilled in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint spraying, and smart repair techniques
Knowledge of industry equipment such as VDA systems is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands and repair priorities
