My client, a global Fortune 500 company, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join their team in Caerphilly. What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Agent, you will: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Effectively troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds with precision. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in their CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and active participation.What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: High school qualifications or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook). Experience using Customer Service software. No immigration sponsorship available for this position.Preferred Qualifications: Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience utilising a multi-line telephone system. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly dependable team player. Ability to prioritise workload and complete responsibilities on time.Ready to make an impact? The pay rate for this position is £12.20 per hour.
