* Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
* Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting or in support of multiple clients is preferred.
* A proactive approach to learning new technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
* Act as the technical lead or support engineer on client projects.
* Provide excellent customer service and build trusted client relationships.
* Travel regionally to customer sites (with all expenses covered).
