You’ll champion resident voice, oversee risk and compliance, and support frontline teams to be inspection-ready at all times. What we’re looking for: Strong leadership experience within health or social care (quality, governance, or operations) Deep understanding of CQC standards, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to lead audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives Experience managing risk, incidents, complaints, and safeguarding processes Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive improvement Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Bonus if you also bring: Experience working across multiple services or sites A passion for enhancing resident experience and quality of life Strong coaching and leadership presence to support service managers
