Job Description

3. Accurately process payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Monitor and manage time and attendance records for employees.
5. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payroll and attendance.
6. Maintain confidential and accurate payroll documentation.
7. Support the accounting and finance department with relevant administrative tasks.
8. Ensure timely and precise reporting of payroll information.
9. Collaborate with team members to streamline payroll processes.
10. Provide excellent service to employees regarding payroll queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR/Payroll professional should have:

11. Previous experience in payroll or attendance management within a similar industry.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in payroll systems and related software.
14. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
15. Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
16. Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
