Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is inviting candidates to apply for our Future Cabin Crew programme.
This is an exclusive opportunity to join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s network of 90+ bases, delivering customer service to over 600K guests daily on more than 3,600 flights.
Flying for Ryanair offers perks such as unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading ‘5 on 3 off’ roster, competitive salaries, and world-class free training.
No prior experience is necessary; our training courses will equip you with essential skills to ensure safety and deliver excellent inflight service. After training, you will receive your ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and be ready to fly!
Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but also demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate early and late shifts, sometimes starting as early as 5 am or finishing as late as midnight. If you're not a morning person, consider this before applying. If you're customer-focused, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect career!
What is the Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme?
As we prepare for another record-breaking summer with limited roles, we are opening a 'hold pool' for future training courses later this year. Candidates can express interest by completing an application and participating in an online interview.
If successful, you'll be added to the hold pool and prioritized for upcoming training courses. We will keep you updated and confirm your interest in preferred or other locations.
Please note: To progress, you must complete the initial stages, including an online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire. Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview and, if selected, placed in the hold pool for future training opportunities.
