The practitioner is expected to ensure that their own clinical practice and that of the other staff on each shift, within the area of practice is of a safe standard and in accordance with the unit policies. You will be expected to participate in a hospital on call Rota for escalation in high acuity. Working pattern includes days, nights and weekends. Flexible working will also be considered.
