Demand Planner
📍 Location: Bathgate

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our client's Supply Chain team in West Lothian. This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting of customer demand, aligning supply with business growth, and supporting customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and maintain a rolling forecast across UK & International Markets
* Analyse historical sales, market trends, promotional activity, and new product introductions.
* Lead monthly demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process.
* Monitor forecast accuracy, identify risks/opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, Procurement, Finance, and NPI teams.
* Support inventory optimisation by aligning supply with forecasted demand.
* Maintain and improve forecasting models, processes, and tools.
* Provide insights to support strategic decision-making across the business
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or similar.
* 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
* Strong background in FMCG, retail, spirits, or manufacturing (preferred).
* Experience using forecasting systems and supporting the S&OP process.
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence with large datasets.
* Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
