Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality coaching to learners at their workplaces, guiding them through their apprenticeship standard requirements
* Utilising a range of coaching strategies to enable learners to achieve their qualifications
* Providing support and feedback to help learners progress in their careers
* Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievements
* Collaborating with employers to ensure learners receive comprehensive training and support
* Ensuring compliance with the companys policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements
* Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above
* Extensive and relevant vocational experience in a Health and Social Care setting
* Experience in a senior care role
* Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health & Social Care settings
* Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
* Strong communication and self-motivation skills
* Ability to work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
* Experience in a work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
