Position
SSTS Information Assistant based at Ailsa Hospital.
Hours
36 hours per week over five days with flexi‑time offered. This is a fixed‑term position for 12 months.
What You Will Do
As a SSTS Information Assistant, you will work within the Finance Department at Ailsa Hospital. Your responsibilities include inputting confidential employee information into the SSTS system for transmission to Payroll, ensuring accurate monthly/weekly salary processing. You will also provide managers with standard and ad‑hoc reports to support manpower planning.
Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Knowledge of NHS Terms & Conditions of Service.
* Knowledge of Standing Financial Procedures, including signature requirements on payroll forms.
* Experience in database interrogation.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel (advantageous).
