Salary: £12.40+ per hour (plus mileage)

We are growing our dedicated team and are looking for Compassionate Complex Community Care Assistants to join us.
What you'll do
As a Complex Community Care Assistant, you'll make a real difference every day by:
* Supporting people with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
* Assisting with medication and following detailed care plans.
* Delivering specialist care (e.g. PEG feeding, catheter care, mobility support, dementia or palliative care).
* Preparing meals, shopping, and helping with light household tasks.
* Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support.
* Monitoring and recording changes in clients' conditions, reporting to managers and healthcare teams.
* Working alongside families, nurses, and other professionals to deliver safe, high-quality care.
What we're looking for
We're seeking people who are:
* Caring, compassionate and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
* Able to work flexibly (days, evenings, nights, weekends).
* Good communicators, able to follow care plans and report clearly.
* Drivers with access to a car (desirable for travel between clients).
* Experienced in care (advantageous, but not essential – full training provided).

Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS check (provided).
* Ability to use a smartphone for care recording.
* UK driving licence and use of own car.
