🚀 We’re Hiring: Full Stack Web Developer
We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong Full Stack Web Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable web applications and delivering high‑quality digital experiences.

As part of our Development team, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining AAT’s web applications using modern frameworks and AWS cloud technologies.
What will you be doing?
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and architecture through to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
You’ll build responsive, user‑focused front‑end experiences and robust, scalable back‑end services, working closely with designers, product owners, platform teams, and external partners
Major objectives
* Design, develop and maintain web applications using Angular, Node.js and TypeScript
* Build and maintain cloud‑native applications on AWS
* Develop responsive, mobile‑first user interfaces using Angular and Tailwind
* Design and build RESTful APIs and NoSQL data models (e.g. DynamoDB)
* Ensure seamless integration between front‑end and back‑end components
* Contribute to solution architecture with a focus on scalability, security and performance
* Work within Agile delivery teams, participating in ceremonies and continuous improvement
* Support BAU activities, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
* Ensure applications meet web and cloud security best practices (e.g. OWASP)
* Produce clear technical documentation and share knowledge across the team
What are we looking for?
* Strong experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
* Hands‑on experience with Node.js and building secure RESTful APIs
* Solid experience working with AWS services (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB)
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing and modern development practices
* Understanding of cloud‑native and serverless architectures
* Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
* Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
* Confidence working with stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams
We offer
Hybrid Working Model: 1–2 days in our Canary Wharf office.
Alternative working models will also be considered, must be UK based, with occasional travel to the Canary Wharf office.
Salary: ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ70,000 per annum, based on experience
