Role & Responsibilities
* Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM and digital construction procedures across all project stages.
* Manage and maintain project BIM files and model coordination.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of BIM templates and standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Revit and modelling issues within project teams.
* Contribute to clash detection and coordination meetings.
* Train and support junior team members in BIM software and processes.
* Ensure design documentation is compliant with practice standards and quality expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
* HNC/HND or higher in a construction-related subject.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in design, drafting and coordination.
* Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Navisworks and ACC desirable).
* Experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, InDesign and/or Rhino preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, organised and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.
