This senior, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at delivering exceptional events and knows how to build strong client relationships. Following significant growth across a key automotive account, the successful candidate will be a confident leader with a strong grasp of the full marketing mix of spanning digital, experiential and traditional channels. Acting as the senior lead for client service, you will translate brand objectives into impactful event strategies and customer journeys that deliver measurable results. £45,000 - £55,000 Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm with 30-minute lunch break Hybrid working is available, 1 day per week working from home Company car Regular travel is required 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holiday Free on-site parking Duties and Responsibilities: Lead strategic account management and senior-level client interaction Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for seamless delivery Translate client objectives into impactful event strategies aligned with marketing and PR goals Manage end-to-end event delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and to a high standard Oversee multiple events simultaneously, from small meetings to large-scale exhibitions and conferences Monitor performance against KPIs, ROI, and budget targets; provide detailed reporting and insights Take full responsibility for budgeting, financial accuracy, and profitability Drive innovation through market research and trend analysis Lead ideation and pitch development for new briefs and business opportunities Support agency growth through account expansion and upselling services Mentor and manage a small team while co-ordinating contractors and suppliers Champion company culture and foster a collaborative working environments Required Skills and Experience: Possess extensive experience in a senior account management role within an agency environment, with proven expertise managing automotive accounts is essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both people and projects Solid understanding of event services including production, logistics, AV, technical solutions and supplier management Proficient in using tools to monitor and analyse campaign success Exceptional organisational and communication skills Adaptability to evolving client needs and shifting priorities Proven track record of developing and winning new business including pitching to clients Solid project management skills with precision in planning, documentation and delivery Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple events simultaneously Experience working alongside PR teams or agencies during product launches is desirable
