Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience of delivering a service to the public and dealing with complex issues. They must have managerial, leadership and staff management experience including addressing sickness and performance issues. Skills, knowledge and experience of health and safety legislation and practices is also important due to the nature of the role. This is a role that is 80% out on site and 20% in the office, it is not a working from home role. We are not looking for candidates with just admin experience, housing officers with no staff management experience or candidates that have just been a caretaker as this does not demonstrate the skills required for the job.
