About The Role
As an Estimator you will play a vital role within the business and be responsible for producing industry-leading utility tenders for our Residential, EV Charging Points, Industrial & Commercial customers based throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
* Compile utility tender quotations for water, electric, and vehicle charging for new domestic and Industrial/Commercial developments.
* Work alongside key account managers and wider tendering team to ensure tenders are produced in a timely manner and to customer expectations.
* Provide quotations and tenders for new works and turnkey projects.
* Apply for asset value quotations to our adoption partners.
* Developing and maintaining supplier relations.
* Attending site surveys or tender reviews as and when necessary.
* Establishing key aspects associated with client requirements, liaising with internal departments, and submitting final overview of project ability to the client.
About You
* HNC in engineering related discipline or working towards (desirable).
* The ideal applicants will ideally have experience in a similar role and within the utilities industry.
* Electric and Water bias experience preferable.
* Experience in a customer facing, customer relationship management, and supplier relationship management.
* Previous notable experience of tender documentation preparation and review.
* Be a technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages.
* Diligent and highly organised.
