Key
Responsibilities:
* Lead,
manage, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest
experiences.
* Oversee
daily operations of the reception, concierge, guest relations, and porter
teams.
* Ensure
smooth check-in and check-out procedures with minimal wait times and maximum
guest satisfaction.
* Handle
VIP guests, special requests, and resolve guest concerns promptly and
professionally.
* Maintain
strong communication with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to
ensure coordinated service delivery.
* Monitor
performance standards and service quality, conducting regular training and
coaching.
* Ensure
compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, and company
policies.
* Manage
front office budgets, including forecasting, payroll, and cost control.
* Drive
guest satisfaction scores and proactively implement service enhancements.
* Consistently
exceed external benchmarks such as AA, Forbes and mystery guests.
