About the Role:
Finatal are excited to be partnered with a leading private equity fund, seeking an immediately available, fully German-speaking Investment Associate / Senior Analyst to support live deal execution and portfolio work. This is a high-responsibility role working directly with senior stakeholders, management teams, and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and own multi-scenario operating and LBO models, incorporating detailed bottom-up divisional financial profiles and operational drivers.
* Produce high-quality Investment Committee memos and supporting papers aligned to LBO outputs, covering company profiles, financial due diligence, business plans, and return analyses.
* Manage advisors and coordinate multiple workstreams across legal documentation, commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
* Work closely with senior management teams to challenge, validate, and refine business plan assumptions and key performance drivers.
