We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining food safety protocols while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Duties
* Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality standards in every dish prepared.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster teamwork and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Train new staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or QSR setting.
* Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Demonstrated experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment.
