What you will do
* Conduct Core Assessments, pre‑birth assessments, and risk assessments.
* Perform Section 47 Child Protection investigations.
* Draft and deliver statements for court proceedings.
* Complete Section 7 and 37 reports for the court.
* Represent the authority by providing evidence in court.
* Conduct home visits to monitor and safeguard children.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records.
* Organise and lead core group meetings.
* Collaborate closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
* Execute joint investigations and interviews with the police.
* Start and manage care proceedings.
* Implement and review Care Plans.
* Supervise contact sessions.
* Prepare detailed case conference reports.
* Attend case conferences and strategy meetings.
* Develop and oversee Child in Need plans.
