Working as part of a multi-disciplinary field sales team, the purpose of this role is the promotion and profitable sales of the Convatec Ostomy Portfolio. The Account Manager role will focus predominately across the acute setting but will also extend to the community and to other relevant customers involved in stoma care. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Grow Convatec product market share through both established and new relationships • Work closely with the supporting services of Amcare™ (Dispensing Appliance Contractor) • Create clear and compelling solution-based value propositions through engagement with key NHS Scotland customers (ostomy sector) • Build advocacy across acute setting for Convatec products • Cultivate a strong understanding of the stoma patient pathway & key customer pain points to identify how Convatec products and services can add value • Continually develop and utilise an in-depth understanding of the NHS Scotland long term plan and how that influences the future of the ostomy market • Lead on market analysis, including health economics to influence NHS Scotlans thinking and drive commitment to working in partnership • Understand and utilise the advantages of the Convatec product portfolio to support and improve patients care and quality of life.
