We're looking for a Client Manager to play a key role in delivering first-class support to clients across the UK. You’ll be handling data, problem solving, and becoming a trusted voice to customers — all while growing your technical skills and progressing within the business.
The successful candidate will be a confident, motivated individual ready to kickstart their career in a supportive, professional environment. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate eager to learn new skills and gain hands-on experience. What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing and processing data using Excel spreadsheets
Liaising directly with clients and payroll teams
Supporting the technical helpline via phone and email
Ensuring accurate processing of payroll data and compliance with HMRC guidelines
Advising clients on mileage logs and business travel rules
Maintaining high quality standards by reviewing and validating own work and that of colleagues
Collaborating with Partners and internal team members

Know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel (full training provided)
