* Location: Hybrid London 2 days & Ashford 1 day a week
* Salary: From £28,000 to £30,000
* Hours: FT 35 hours per week

About the Role
The Saga Cruise Marketing Team seeks an ambitious, customer-centric, and results-driven CRM Executive to join their dynamic CRM team. You will play a key role in managing email and direct mail campaigns focusing on acquisition and retention. The company is transitioning to a data-driven approach utilizing Lifetime Value, Intent, and Next Best Action modeling, shifting the CRM strategy to be truly customer-led.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver personalized, relevant, and timely communications to customers.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan the CRM calendar, focusing on seasonal launches and campaigns.
3. Work with studio and email developers to design, build, and test templates.
4. Monitor and report on campaign performance and deliverability.
5. Manage weekly performance reports for stakeholders.
6. Segment the database for targeted communications.
7. Create and manage workflows in Adobe Campaign.
8. Support CRM testing and learning strategies.
9. Coordinate with mailing houses for DM activities.
10. Achieve CRM targets by leveraging customer data and campaign insights.
Candidate Profile
* Expertise in Adobe Campaign and understanding of market segmentation and Next Best Action modeling.
* At least 2 years’ experience in a CRM role, preferably in a large consumer-facing organization or digital agency.
* Omni-channel planning and delivery skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* High energy, organizational skills, and a positive attitude towards change.
* Analytical mindset with experience proposing data-driven developments.
