Residential Night Team Leader
Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader to work at Abbott House, Oundle, providing residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty and for those living with dementia.

24 & 36 hours available
Shift Times
20:00 pm – 08:00 am
Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
* Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care
* Completed or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people
* Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
