GXO is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Southampton. You will lead a high‑performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on always delivering operational excellence.
You will work on a full‑time, permanent basis. Shift patterns include both AM and PM shifts: 7 am to 3:30 pm and 1 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. Flexibility will be needed.

Typical Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, succession planning, motivation, training and development.
* Respond constructively to internal and external customer requests while maintaining effective communication.
* Report any deviations from the plan to the Supervisor or Operations Manager accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensure that quality, health & safety and operational procedures are maintained, and that all incidents are reported in an accurate and timely manner as per company standard.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced warehouse environment (preferred).
* Natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change.
* Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation.
* Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
