Role Summary
Utility Collections is an ambitious, vibrant, and rapidly growing debt recovery agency within the energy industry. We are seeking a Support Administrator based in the Fylde Coast area to join our Quality & Assurance department.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver excellent administrative support related to our full range of services, while developing close working relationships with staff and Energy Supplier Clients.
Duties Will Include
* Providing general administrative support and maintaining accurate account records in line with service requirements.
* Performing QA checks and auditing client accounts, capturing outcomes effectively on CRM.
* Acting as a contact point for external Field agents.
* Handling queries via email and telephony from internal and external channels.
* Collating and distributing paperwork related to Court & Warrant applications.
* Scheduling third-party suppliers such as Meter Operator Engineers, Locksmiths, Shutter Engineers, and Dog Handlers.
* Coordinating diaries for field-based Warrant Officers.
* Preparing and issuing invoices, and tracking Accounts Payable.
* Producing bespoke reports and statistical information.
* Undertaking additional duties as requested within the team's scope.
* Achieving management and client KPIs.
