Apex is partnering with a rapidly expanding healthcare business headquartered in London seeking an Operations Manager to lead teams, support day‑to‑day operations, and contribute to strategic planning. The role offers an opportunity to develop advanced leadership, organisational, and technical skills.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operational performance of a designated portfolio of branches, ensuring effective service delivery and consistent standards across the region.
* Drive delivery of organisational objectives across growth, quality, and people, achieving agreed quarterly and annual targets.
* Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of compliance and quality initiatives, ensuring all services meet regulatory and internal standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development, to implement best practices and support workforce capability.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and the experience of both service users and employees.
* Monitor performance, provide leadership to branch teams, and take proactive action to address risks or areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* NVQ/SVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
* Previous experience in a similar role within Domiciliary Care.
* Proven leadership and management experience across multiple sites or services.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the care sector.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational performance effectively.
