About The Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Order to Cash process and related activities for all customers within Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK. The role ensures compliance with service levels and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Support customer care operations in line with Novartis Standard Terms and Conditions and UK pharmaceutical legislation, under the guidance of the Commercial Operations Manager.
3. Ensure that all tasks meet the agreed standards, KPIs, and service level agreements.
4. Collaborate with Demand & Inventory and Customer Care teams to manage stock availability.
5. Share information proactively with the Trade Marketing Team regarding customer activities, issues, and feedback.
6. Manage emergency and same-day deliveries, coordinating with logistics providers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
7. Analyze processes for continuous improvement.
8. Provide support to colleagues as needed, respecting shift times and flexible working arrangements.
9. Serve as the central contact point for customers regarding their orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
10. Assist the customer care team in resolving order issues.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in order processing and customer service within a busy, fast-paced environment for a global company.
* Ability to meet monthly sales targets through order processing, delivery tracking, and invoicing.
* High-speed, accurate data entry skills, with strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
* Knowledge of computerized order processing and invoicing systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with formulas.
Desirable Requirements
* NVQ in Customer Services, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
