As our Partnerships Officer, you will be the vital link between our transformative training programs and the individuals who need them most. You will play a pivotal role in changing lives by working with key referral partners, such as local authorities, Jobcentres and employment partnership groups, to proactively identify and engage new learners.
This is an opportunity to use your networking and communication skills to give people the chance to upskill or re-skill, directly contributing to their journey towards sustainable employment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with external organisations and key referral partners, including Jobcentres and community groups.
2. Outreach and Engagement: Proactively identify new work opportunities and engage with local employment groups to promote our diverse service offerings.
