What you'll need to succeed
To register with Hays Education, you will need:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Recent classroom experience within the last 5 years
3. A positive, adaptable approach and confidence in new environments
4. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
5. A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
