Home Manager – TipTopJob
Location: Wroxham, Norwich, United Kingdom.
We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead care and operations at our outstanding nursing home. This is a full‑time role (40hrs/week, 9am‑5pm) with a salary of £55,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage staff and resources to ensure residents enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life.
* Collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead and all healthcare and hospitality teams to maintain high‑quality care and meet regulator expectations.
* Report to the regional Operations Manager and champion continuous improvement for the home.
* Engage with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams, providing clear communication and support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
* Experience in person‑centred care, involving service users and families in care program development.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with all levels of staff, external professionals, families and visitors.
* Proven marketing and business skills in the private care sector, with evidence of running a commercially successful care home.
