Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships that protect butterflies, moths, and our environment.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and implement the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with companies, and generate significant income to support our mission.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
* Securing five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive new business development
* Identifying, cultivating, and managing a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
* Creating compelling proposals and stewardship plans
* Collaborating across the organization to align fundraising with strategic goals
* Line managing and supporting the Corporate Fundraising Officer
* Analyzing performance and reporting to senior leadership and boards
Requirements:
* Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
* Experience in developing fundraising strategies and meeting targets
* Negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
* Strong proposal and presentation skills
* Experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
* Experience in stewarding funder relationships
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly
* Budget management experience

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
