Business Development Executive – Shipping & Logistics
Basingstoke (Office-Based)
£30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £80,000+)

We’re partnering with a growing logistics business in Bedford that is looking to bring on a Sales Executive to help drive their next phase of growth.
This is a full 360 sales role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and winning new business to building long-term client relationships—with the added benefit of lifetime commission on your accounts.

The Role
* Identify, target, and win new business across the shipping & logistics sector
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and logistics solutions
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role (any sector considered)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A results-driven mindset with a hunger to earn
* Resilient, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
* Interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is a plus—but full training will be provided
