Performance & Insights Consultant
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Are you ready to turn data into decisions that shape the future of Commercial Lines at Aviva? We’re looking for a curious and driven Performance & Insights Consultant to join our Commercial Lines COO Performance & Insights team. In this role, you’ll use data to influence operational performance, support change initiatives, and help our teams deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
A bit about the job:
Aligned to our Commercial Lines COO Performance & Insights team, you’ll provide data insight and analysis to drive business decisions with a focus on operational performance and change. This includes creating and maintaining accurate and clear capacity plans, tracking benefits from change initiatives, and monitoring budgets. You’ll continually review and analyse data to improve systems, people, processes, and technology—helping us grow our business, drive efficiencies, and remain sustainable.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data, with excellent problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
2. Exceptional communication, listening, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
3. High standards of accuracy, professionalism, and thoroughness in all work.
4. Proven experience working effectively within large, complex organizations.
5. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
What you’ll get for this role:
6. Starting salary between £35,000 - £45,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
7. Bonus opportunity 8% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
